At The Glass Skin Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully curate every K-Beauty product in our collection, but we understand that skincare is personal.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
